Take tilapia fillets put on aluminum foil or wax paper
Squeeze the juice of about 1/4 a lemon for an average serving
rub paprika on the fish until its lightly coated, it should be reddish/brown
Coat a pan with olive oil
flip tilapia no more than 3 times

First salt and pepper it, than "dust" both sides with flour, saute them in a skillet with approx 2-3 tbsp of olive oil, till cooked through and just crispy on the outside. remove tilapia and set aside, throw 1/4 stick of butter in hot skillet, add tsp of parsley flakes and lemon juice from 1/2 a lemon...when all is melted and mixed together, pour over fish
I'm not a tilapia fan, but at a minimum you need salt and pepper before cooking and a squeeze of fresh lemon right before you eat it. Alton Brown uses tilapia to make grilled fish tacos. He marinates the tilapia in a blended concoction of garlic, salt, black pepper, cilantro, cumin, and a shot of tequila. He's got a vid of it. Skip ahead to 3:50. He only marinates it for 15-20 minutes, too:
And in case anyone has the wrong idea about fish, when doctors say to eat more of it, they mean eat omega-3 rich fish like wild salmon, trout, mackarel, and sardines. They do not mean tilapia and catfish.

Raising babies is a young peoples' game. So instead of freezing eggs and sperm, young couples should just have babies and freeze them as toddlers.

I like to take: salt, pepper, a bit of lemon juice, and dill, then crush it all up together and cover the fish with it, then bake it for about 15 mins @ 350
