    First Phone Interview Tomorrow

I just got my cert like 2 weeks ago and have a phone interview with an Equinox gym in Boston tomorrow.

This is my first interview for any gym. What should I expect? or are they just going to ask basic question to get to know me.

They are going to ask you standard interview questions.
Some specific to working in a gym also such as:

    1. What is your training philosophy?
    2. Do you feel comfortable selling yourself?
    3. What population of people would you most like to work with?
    4. What does your training routine look like (possibly, if they're smart)?
    5. What hours?
As a competitive athlete, I have always been into diet and exercise. Since making my passion in fitness a career I've trained top athletes in every major sport at the collegiate and professional level. I am currently the Director of Operations at Training for Warriors where we have over 42 locations worldwide, write for various major fitness publications, and I'm a Career Firefighter.
