Stephen Miller died 25 minutes after the accident with 2 deep puncture wound to his neck. It was on TV. This probably couldn't been avoided if Randy Miller didn't start beating Rocky with the stick. Just because Rocky was a trained animal since he was a young cub, he still has wild instinct. Those guys are idiots for messing around with an animal of that lethal size.

I would say "why didnt they have a damn rifle on set?" but really that happened so fast I dont even think you could have killed him with a rifle quick enough.
Strong this..the bear didnt back off until he was maced. The man might still be alive if she didnt take the time to put her make up on first.R.I.P. Zyzz

lmao @ the bear bouncing at the end all like "wassup!? wassup!? Lets run this"
We have enslaved the rest of the animal creation, and have treated our distant cousins in fur and feathers so badly that beyond doubt, if they were able to formulate a religion, they would depict the Devil in human form.

Death
On April 22, 2008, during a routine training exercise, Miller was mauled and killed by a 5-year old grizzly bear named Rocky the Bear.[2][3][4][5] The 7½ foot tall, 700 lb bear bit Miller on the neck once. An autopsy revealed that Miller died within minutes of the attack.[6][7] Until Miller's death, Rocky was best known for appearing as Dewey the Killer Bear in a scene from the 2008 film Semi-Pro in which he wrestled Will Ferrell's body double Randy Miller.[8][3][5] Following Miller's death, the California Department of Fish and Game initiated a probe into the events of the attack.[7][9] People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and other animal rights groups, who have long protested use of wild animals in films, are calling for Rocky to be spared and to be allowed to retire to a zoo or another similar facility.[10][11][12] It was revealed on the National Geographic Channel program "Grizzly Face to Face" that the coroner's office and the California Department of Fish and Game ruled Miller's death accidental and did not order the bear to be euthanized. However, Rocky now lives under restricted regulations

not the point bro. I haven't fought ANY carnivores native to North America but that doesn't change the way I'd handle one if I did. It's a commonly known fact that Bears are susceptible to damage on their nose which basically plays into my striking game perfectly. I'm confident that with a slightly higher than average take-down defence and fast hands, any human could beat a bear in a fight including me.
