I can't eat meat tomorrow what do I do

so for religious reasons I don't eat meat tomorrow and eating fish for dinner. I usually don't over do it on shakes I usually drink 1 shake with 2 scoops totaling 50 grams of protein with milk. Is it safe to drink two of these shakes to make up for the meat I didn't eat ?

Is it safe? Of course. Why does it have to be meat though? Not allowed to have eggs? Beans and legumes are quite high in protein too, could try fitting those in to avoid drinking calories.

Edit: @Abovepost - Damn I completely forgot about dairy, now I feel stupid.

It is one day. You're not gonna suddenly lose muscle. Just aim for hitting your calories instead of focusing on your macros and then get back on track after the day is done.
Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

I am guessing your referring to Ash Wednesday, you can eat fish. Fish is a great source of protein, salmon or any fish for that matter. You can eat Tuna as well.

I went without meat, dairy and eggs for 7 years. No longer vegan anymore.

Of course today there are many substitutes (mostly processed) that taste like meat. Boca/Morningstar/etc. Tofu is tasteless and bland, I actually never had tempeh or seitan though so I can't judge them.
