how much is it monthly?
do you consider his workouts, diet, different from what you can find online for free, or better for that matter?
I know he is an excellent motivational speaker, but what about the knowledge he preaches about nutrition or exercises, has it worked out for you, any difference since you joined?
please, I'd like to know.300 Forever

What he does (as far as diet goes) is really no concern to anyone, because he does it only to maintain his current state. (he eats like 1 meal a day, whenever he feels like it)
But yes he does give out good info on how to obtain something with your diet, like add mass, lose fat, he also has vids that break down each macro very well.
As for his workout videos, again they are more directed towards what he's doing (maintaining) If he were looking to gain I'm sure they'd be fairly different. However, they are still very very helpful, he has lots of exercises I've never seen before, he also comes up with very good superset ideas.
Also, his video blogs give out alot of other info besides just diet and training, plus they are very motivational.
and it's 10 bucks a month. When you stop striving for perfection, you might as well be dead.

Come on brahs, his intensity is quite captivating, and his physique one of the best out there, but he's talking nonsense a lot of the time. I think this is partly deliberate, and is quite lulzy. But paying $10 to watch videos of an angry oily man parade around a gym delivering platitudes whilst blasting his biceps with 20 different exercises? I assumed most of his subscriptions came from his gay fan base.
Those who say his website is full of great advise, can you give us 3 genuinely novel or useful pieces of information from it, I'm assuming not.

There are useful pieces of information. This is coming from someone who already knows quite a bit about fitness, diet, etc. (imo lol)
And I've learned things from the site.
And he has more vids then just his workout vids, he has tons and tons of vids from his video blog in which he goes into depth about alot of questions that subscribers email him.
Here is a list of each one of his video blogs, and each of them are 45mins to 60mins long, I guarantee you will learn something. There are also his cooking videos (which aren't great, then he has vids that are behind the scenes of some of his photoshoots
