    Recipe: Blueberry Protein Pancakes

    I just made some badass protein pancakes. Here's my recipe...

    1/2 cup bisquick mix
    1/3 cup milk
    1 whole egg
    1 scoop ON Cake Batter Whey
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup blueberries

    Heat skillet to med-high heat and spray with non-stick spray

    Mix all ingredients in bowl except for blueberries. Make sure to just stir the big chunks out, but not to stir too much. Pour half of mixture into skillet and layer blueberries on top. Let it cook for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.


    Macros: p30/c55/f14

    Makes two large pancakes.

    There is nothing wrong with him sharing recipes. I love blueberry pancakes but I use oats instead of bisquick. Love cake batter whey. I put cinnamon, flax, and chopped walnuts

    While I don't have a scientific answer for you my progress and lifting hasn't suffered so I'm saying no. Don't cook it every day though
