I feel like my life is not going where I have planned it to, everything seems to be short of reach. I think mostly it is ego and personality issues preventing growth, I want to strip down my ego and rebuild myself.
Anyone has any motivation videos where it is relevant to what I'm looking for?

I'm not sure about videos, but you should try reading/listening to a few books, like the self-help variety. I really like the eastern philosophy kind too, they seem to go along with the ego death thing.
