First off I'd like to say I got my 1st tub of UP 2.0 strawberry and I am head over heels in love with it! I do believe I have found the perfect protein shake. Guys, whatever you do don't EVER change the formulation unless it's for the better.
That being said, anyone who has ever consumed ON's casein knows the consistency of it. Hard to mix, thick, dense, almost gelatinous in mouthfeel. In fact it can sometimes be outright sludge, and your tastebuds sometimes don't even pick up on the flavor because the gel glides right over them.
When I first tried UP 2.0 I almost thought I got a fake, because the thickness was almost that of whey. What is the actual micellar casein content? Both are micellar casein but UP goes down like pure SILK! I was just curious.
