I am obese. 105 Kilograms (231 pounds) and I am 172 cm in height (5'8").
Although I have gained and lost weight, I've never been over 220 lbs...
The most difficult aspect of losing weight for me is being motivated to lose weight and also keeping myself from feeling nauseous ( I always need sugar or something junky to feel better).
my goal is to get to 132 lbs and to be toned.
Anyways any advise and tips will be appreciated
