Brb missing out in 60% of the game....i am at 20 hours and just beat the Arishok in a duel....u mad?

I'm 18 hours in, just starting act 2, missed some side quests, he even madder now

It simply wasn't fun for me, and if its not fun why would i give it any score above 0 ^^?
Maybe its a somewhat good game on its own but i couldn't play it for a minute without thinking about how much of a piece of **** it is compared to origins

Stop being dramatic. You're saying in terms of gameplay, graphics, story, sound, etc...the game has no redeeming features.

yeah but if it takes me at least 30 hours to beat I'll be happy, plus at least 2 more play throughs (on hard right now)

2 handed warrior is absurd...started over because was bored of rogue...it's so easy.

Always on nightmare, and honestly it feels like its casual mode with the warrior. You kill everything almost instantly, with bosses you pop cleave, haste, go to town. It's a hell of a lot of fun, a lot of positioning and thought behind what you do.

Just beat the game. Overall I'd say it was pretty good. Had a few buggy missions but nothing really to complain about as I didnt affect the main game. The romance part of the game pretty much made no sense at all. There was never really a time where I had to choose between Merrill and Isabela. But I did end up with Merrill at the very end. Guess I'll sit back and wait for some hopefully reasonably priced DLC.

Did anyone else notice that Leliana looked a whole lot better in DA2 than DA:O

Casual, wtf? What a joke. I put one boss on casual to see what it was like. They do NO dmg. How could you even enjoy the game playing on casual?

Uhh...first one is better..lol. But if you played this one first, you'll probably hate the firsts combat so much, LOL.

I rarely play games, but when I do, I always play the easiest difficulty. I play to relax, not to get frustrated at some stupid ass game. In the last like six months, I've only played this and Black Ops. I'm not really that into it, so I play through at the easiest difficulty. Just personal preference.

beat the game w/ mage it was fun. starting a new one warrior and picking different options now 1st time i sided with merc now im with the smugglers .
i overall liked the game i think i got my moneys worth lol hate when games end after 5-6 hours of play......... now if it had a multiplayer that would be kick ass!!!!!!!

WHAT THE FARK BIOWARE!?! This game only gives the illusion of multiple paths, no matter what you do you get the same ending, same things occur. Did you do all the side quests? skipped them all? sided with the mages? sided with the templars? helped anders? didn't help anders? helped merril? didn't help merril? helped dupuis? didn't help dupuis? agreed with the arishok? disagreed with the arishok? LOL same result.

That rock-boss at the end of the Deep Roads has been the only boss that I've had to drop the difficulty from Hard to Normal to be able to beat...actually felt like a raid boss from EQ or WoW though...was pretty awesome.


Positioning to avoid AE's, Rolls, Mob spawns, etc. etc.


Pretty dope fight.



I'm in Act 2 now and getting nervous that its just going to be like "BAM GAME OVER".


Not understanding the hate...having a good time playing this game so far.

Yep the rock boss was overall probably the toughest that I fought. The "final" boss was also pretty tough.

Yes the Black Emporium is th eonly way. However, you can get the DLC through the PS store or XBOX Marketplace for points. You didn't just have to preorder it.
In there, it has a potion that you can buy (pretty expensive for one) but 1 potion will allow you to respec 1 character. You can buy up to 99 of them IIRC, but I really hope thats not the case lol

doing my first playthrough as a female duel-wielding rogue on hardcore difficulty. so far it's a nice pace with some challenging fights, notably the dragons and the ancient rock wraith, I'm just starting Act 2 now and things are getting interesting.

The Black Emporium is open to everyone that bought the game new. It came with a code. No pre-order was necessary.
