Everyone thinks it's a great, thing... it's not. Eating takes forever, and your constantly eating food and constantly spending money, and constantly ****ting.
Also when you eat 2,500 you wind up losing weight....

This is exactly what I try to tell the endomorphs and they just bertstare me saying the wish the could be skeletor thin while eating anything. lettuce be reality 2 days of a small caloric shortage = 2 weeks of muscle mass and strength lost.
brb full time job cooking and eating
brb getting part time job to support the above job
brb the 2 above do not help me manage time with college and my main job.E-stat crew

No, but I think my body is better for running... I had never ran seriously.
Went to PT to run, after maybe my third time running I was able to run 6 miles and keep up with the top of the pack who had been doing PT maybe once or twice a week for a few months and wound up running at a fast enough pace to get to the front of the formation and have to slow down.

4 bagels - 1400 calories
peanut butter for all 4 bagels (8 slices) - 800+ calories
half gallon of whole milk to wash down thirsty peanut butter bagels - 1000 calories
Whole pound of pasta - 1800 calories
edit: all the above = 5k calories right there, not including more stuff through the day :edit/
Those are my bulking foods and meals I have every day, no exceptions, and throughout the day I get other things also to squeeze in an extra 1500-2000 calories along with all the above. Try doing all that to gain weight and watch it barely work.E-stat crew
