    hey guys i got a question.

    when u guys take ur protein drinks to the gym do u have water mixed in it or milk and why?

    water after the gym. Less cals cause i'm on a cut.

    But if sometimes i'm way low on cals for the day i do it with milk

    Same here. Im cutting also and the lactose in the milk just adds to the calories. It also can go bad because Im always there for a while and dont have a cooler box so I just put the powder in and put some cold water in after the workout at the water fountain.
