5 hour energy? Good workout boost?

Hey guys, i have been drinking 5 hour energys about an hour before i workout, they seem to give me some good workout energy.

I am just wondering if they are healthy for me? As they are basically only vitamin b. Nothing else really.. just a TINY bit of caffeine. :P
    Lifting is life! :)

wondering if 5 hour energy works myself, never taken it and finding that I need some energy boost pre-workout like a energy shot but don't know which ones work and are also safe.

I took it before school and fell asleep in school Just saying.

Buy some Jack3d. Far cheaper per serving. 5 hour energy is like what.. 3 dollars a bottle? Jack3d is about 70 cents a serving if I remember right. 40 servings cost me 30 dollars.

5 hour energy is only B vitamins. they won't give you energy to train they just give your brain energy it will only increase alertness it wont help with anything.
