    really stupid question about stomach fat, trust me i searched

    my question is: does doing sit ups or ab workout help burn fat around the stomach area?

    i know its the last to go and its all about cardio and diet but do ab workouts help burning fat in that area?

    Doing abs strictly to lose gut has been shown to increase fat growth on the lips and eyeballs. But doing abs for core strength and over all fat loss is good

    Don't think about any of that first or last to go stuff, focus on how you want to Look and Feel. Get your nutrition right and just Train and you will meet your goals. Always give things time to work, and assess. Your motivation meet goals will vaporize if you focus on anything other than what you're trying to accomplish.

    lol you misunderstood. I realize you gotta be around 10% body fat, i was just cuz my belly has the most fat. but ok thanks guys, appreciate the answers. Hoping i can be down to 11% by december
