Zyzz's Workout routine?

he admitted to using steroids so unless you are doing the same dont follow his routine.
there is no set number of exercises per muscle group, just whatever works for you. 3 exercises is plenty for shoulders, generally as you get more experience you can tolerate higher volume which is why you see the big guys doing 5+ exercises per body part. dont concern yourself with number of exercises though, it is irrelevant at your stage. just focus on compound lifts with the odd isolation exercise thrown in to aid the bigger lifts"The journey to a place worth getting to is never easy but pain is only temporary, victory is forever" - Jeremy H.

As above, Zyzz has admitted to steroid use, so using his routine would be unwise for a natural. Start with a well-proven, often-used like Starting Strength or AllPro's routine (in stickies).

Take steroids, lift excessively for hypertrophy and mass, take more steroids, lift more, jaw implant, maybe other implants, steroids, die at 22
Follow this routine, don't forget the party drugs and alcohol.
See how it works for you.
Why doesn't anyone ask for Andy boltons workout, or Bruce lees workout, or Andersin silvas workout? Disappointed in the children who followed zyzz... And sad that they are the majority...

fuark this thread has a lot of views...
But yeah OP, Zyzz was on dat dere Celltech so I wouldn't copy what he did. Also when you say you're doing p90x to 'work on your base' what do you mean? It's a good weightloss program but if you want to get big/strong there are better programs that are designed for it, unless by working on your base, you mean losing weight.'People are gonna remember me as a god forever... Despite what everyone's saying about steroids, that actually doesn't seem like such a ridiculous shoulder routine he was doing. I'd maybe cut out the lateral and front raises, since the middle and anterior delts are already getting worked with the presses and upright rows, but really the routine ain't that bad.
I don't think you really need a shoulder day, per se, but you should still be having some form of chest/bench press, overhead press, row and pull up/down in your program for general purposes. Add in something for the middle delts if needed (such as upright rows or lateral raises), and that's all the shoulder work most people will ever need for aesthetic purposes (then of course there's rotator cuff work for p/rehab purposes). As a 16yo who's been doing p90x, you won't be needing any more than that for your shoulders (and really, for your whole upper body) for a long time to come. Do some form of deep squats, deadlifts/hinge movement and calf raises on top of that, and you'll be set.SQ 172.5kg. BP 105kg. DL 200kg. OHP 62.5kg @ 67.3kg

When the Sydney Morning Herald had asked the company that hired Zyzz to be a male stripper, had this to say “He was a lovely guy, aside from the steroid abuse.
Before leaving to Thailand, he had made his intentions to close friends very clear on the reason for going, “the cheap and abundant source of anabolic steroids.”

Tried this workout natural
I did this workout for 8 weeks and received results... Even though I might be a Nubbe in bodybuilding blogging. I weigh 160 hitting 235 bench, 335 squating, and 335 in deadlift. But people are right about the steroids abuse, so I have nothing to back that up... If you are a beginner and looking to gain weight in general, I would go for fullbody workouts or 5x5 workouts.

Zyzz denied taking steroids but often talked about "riding bicycles" on his ********. His brother openly admitted to taking steroids and was busted in a police raid for possession of steroids and lost his job at Fitness First for this and teaching his clients how to "ride a bicycle".

When you see guys at the gym who are massive but they fluff around doing random sh!t, no compounds, lots of machines, it can be pretty frustrating.
But when you consider the risks of backne, shrunken nuts, b!tch tits, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, liver damage, increased risk of cancer and your hair falling out, it makes you feel ok about building a natural physique.
Life is a marathon, you may think you are getting ahead by sprinting, but in the end it will come around to bite you in the ass.
