    How can i train like a rugby player and eat like a rugby play ?

    Need tips, thanks. i'm 1.68m and weighs 58kg. And play the flank.

    Lots of these threads today...

    Eat loads, lift loads (compound lifts).

    Look up a few of the articles on the BB site, there's a fitness planner tool as well I seem to remember. Try and eat at least 500 cals of maintenance.
