    Leg day!

    Hello bodybuilders!
    Leg day is my favourite but I want my leg muscles to show more instead of getting bigger if that makes sense.

    Should i go more reps, lower weights or what?

    My max leg press is at 230kg (not the machine leg press) and i am 16 y.o

    90 degrees isn't ATG, it's parallel.

    you also want to go on a cut if your goal is to be leaner
