i know it's ok to squat 3 times a week (not doing anything else for legs then)
but now i got 2 questions:
is it ok to bench more then once a week (like 2-3 times)
and would it do any harm if i bench in the middle of the day not being anywhere near to a workout ?

anyone ?? i already found out you can bench more then once a week not doing anything else again but i still wanna know for the second ?? is it ok to bench like just once not that many reps in the middle of a day ?? when your not doing any workout ??
i wanna know this beceaus it's exam time and benching alot of freaking weight gets some of the frustration of me

There are PL programs out there that do have you bench, squat and deadlift more than once a week (Stephen Korte's 3x3 program for example), but I think if you do that, you'd probably want to mix up the weights throughout the week (so for example, heavy day, then light day then moderate day).
But, having said all that, I tried the 3x3 progarm and it burned me out pretty quickly so I'm not a huge fan of it!
