These are the horrific injuries suffered by a 19-year-old girl who was beaten so badly by her boyfriend that medics couldn't tell what sex she was.
University student Tirion Lewis was in a coma for a month after her boxer boyfriend drove her to a secluded woodland and punched and kicked her repeatedly as she lay on the ground.
Wayne Fox, 23, is facing jail after admitting kidnapping Miss Lewis and subjecting her to the savage attack in Aberystwyth, West Wales. He was cleared of attempted murder.
