Well this is my first OBF challenge and I am pretty amped about it. I was entered in a double t challenge a couple months ago until i got and ankle injury and couldnt go to the gym anymore. I am back to near 100% and ready to hit the gym hard and put the work to get were i want to be fitness wise. I'll be posting my diet work out plan and supplements ill be using within the nexr couple days when i figure out what i really wanna use for a prework out. (Ill listen to any suggestions on this)
workouts will all take place in the am
Mon. chest&tris
tues Legs (fav day) and cardio at night
wend. back
thurs shoulders
Havent set a specific diet yet but will be up asap thanks guys ill be followin as many of the other competitors as i can

Awesome I can't wait to check it out man looks like a lot of people in this one to keep me motivated.
Now ttoday was my first day back in the gym in about 1 1/2 months due to injury felt great it was a really good work out and i was very happy.
I opened the session up with stretching and 10 Minutes of light cardio

Soo today is the official day 1 and it was deadlift day a day i always amped for. It was a pretty good work out today i am pretty happy with for my first week back.
10 min cardio 5 min stretching

day 2 was yesterdays workk out and fridays are uselly a lightish day for me bringin my week to an end.
single arm curls

1 hour on the bike this really helped strech out my already sore legs
30 min swim felt good

little change in the pre work out for a few days until focus xt arrives ill be using body rush since i got a free sample. but todays work out was intresting to say the least. I didnt get to do tris since the fire alarm went off twice this morning and i ran out of time. Second alarm i was getting ready to shower that could have been awkward.... but as for the workout

Ok today was like a marathon of work outs started with leg day I was really focused and spot on put up some good numbers for myself
