I wouldn't be laughing if I fell in either. This may be a sign that I'm getting old, but all I can think about is the danger of that stunt. The bikers could have gotten hurt, and imagine someone walking in that can't swim. Some of these shows (especially in Europe and Japan) are pretty daring...

That would be me...I don't do water lol! Sometimes a prank can go too far and this is one of those cases. I am all for a good natured prank that no one gets hurt in, embarrassed...yes but not hurt
Weekend was great! It included movies with the family, attending the fireman's breakfast, dinner at mom-in-laws and a wicked total body training session (notice the reference to eating).

Sounds like a great weekend! Post up that total body workout, please. I'm probably going to move to those for a bit for my Warrior Dash training. I need to come up with a plan, pronto, since today's a lifting day.

Here is the total body training session. Its grueling, its hard and its about 50 minutes of FUN!!! My dumbbell weight has increased since I first began and its only going to get better (I am at day 52 of 90). The sweat was flowing from my body like a raging waterfall!!

Awesome job over here! I like how you implement some strong core warm ups before you get to it. That's something I really need to work on, I always feel much better when I do I just tend to get lazy and want to get right to it, which is not recommended. I guess you could call me hard headed! Keep it up!!

It was another beautiful day in northeastern Pennsylvania! The sun was shining, the birds were singing and I am in awesome spirits! The worst part of the day was that I was stuck in the office for much of the day.
After work, it was time to train it was a total body session today and April decided that she was going to give it a whirl with me again. This made me uber excited about the days session! I began with my pre training ritual of NO Beta and Creadyl and I mixed my yummy GlutaCene to sip during the session.
Approximately 30 minutes later, we were hitting it hard. I was sweating profusely, I look over to April and she too is sweating heavily with a very red face. I wanted to make sure that she was okay. She gave me a nod and went back to it, it was great! Mid way through the session (the circuit called for db bent over rows with db deadlifts and jump squats) April darted for the bathroom! She told me to keep going, but she had to puke. When she returned, she looked ever so pale. She stated that she could not continue and I made the session look easy. I was proud of her for giving it her best and I turned up the heat on myself so that the intensity went through the roof. This session would be for the both of us!
I (we) completed the session, took my NitroMine and hit the showers. While in the shower, a mouthwatering aroma filled my nostrils. I was treated ti a meal of garlic infused chicken breast with sauteed broccoli and wheat noodles!
What a day

I've done core warm-ups in the past - when I first started training. It didn't seem to help me, though it did make me tired. I'm not knocking what you're doing, Kevin, I'm just questioning the validity of it. I'd want people to do the same in my thread. I like to learn and think about the programs that I'm using.

Story time is a most wonderful time in my den
Never was there a doubt in my mind that you would knock me Simpy, this family is better than that I always welcome tips, advice and criticisms (as long as its genuine). I truly believe that warming up my core is helping me with this program. Some of the exercises that are done would possibly lead to injury if I jumped right into the circuits.

I am currently doing the Supreme 90 Day program and most of the sessions consist of a dynamic warm up and then it goes into a core warm up (defined as a warm up that covers evey muscle from your upper abdominals to your hamstrings).
Happy Friday family! The weekend is here AND its a looooong one (not to mention that my birthday slides in there too)!!!!! Train hard, enjoy the family barbeques and take a few moments to remember those who have served and are currently serving in our US Armed Forces...HOOAH!!!
