I'm 19 years old.. new to weight lifting, but THUPER serious. I was REDICK skinny lately.. Jan 1 of 2011 I was 164 pounds. For 2 months I've lifted heavy & ate a lot of healthy food.. proud to say I've gained 10 pounds in 2 months and am at 174. I had no clue I could gain that much weight so fast, and I'm still gaining at that pace!
But what's an ideal weight for someone my height? I want a good goal. I have no clue. Like 190?
