I'm 5'11", 225lbs, 18 years old. Probably around 18% body fat but i have a lot of muscle mass as well. I work out heavy with weights about 5 times a week. I'm planning on cutting and I found my maintenance calories to be around 3500. Here are my macros:
Protein - 242g
Carbs - 317g
Fat - 101
This is a total of around 3071 calories. Do they look okay? Do I need to lower my carb intake at all? Thanks
