    Is this safe/effective?

    I'm sure there are other threads out there with the answer to my question but i can't seem to find them...

    I'm currently cutting and using Animal Cuts as a thermo. I also take omega3 fish oil 3x daily but is it safe to incorporate CLA into the mix as well? I imagine it is seeing as CLA is naturally occuring in foods anyways but i'm just looking to be safe...

    yes it is, not necessarily incredibly beneficial - but safe.
    Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.

    You shouldn't need anything else. Animal cuts + fish oil + restrictive diet is more than enough.
