I really don't see why people make this argument. Yes, you have some good places that are only affordable to those that are extremely rich. Most people cannot afford to go to the mayo clinic and get treatment.

Your health care is good for treating very rare disorders that the average citizen doesn't have to concern themselves with. However, for the average person that does need treatment for common things, good insurance is needed and often times you still have to pay on top of that.
