Pretty much what ^^^ said. Basically the same as normal oatmeal minus the cooking in the microwave/stove. Finding the right amount of water or milk can be tricky though. THe oats will soak up quite a bit overnight in the fridge, but if you add too much it can get way too watery.
I prefer my oats warm though.Training Log

These are the only reason I buy whey protein anymore:
2 bags instant oatmeal
2 scoops banana cream whey
1 serving dark choc dusted almonds
mix with hot water
refrigerate

I cook my oats in the microwave then add a few scoops of choco PB whey with extra water or milk stir and add more water or milk until desired texture.
