    Proats is just your regular oatmeal with some protein powder mixed in. Pretty straight up... maybe add a tiny bit of extra water/milk to make up for the extra dry powder. Feel free to add in some peanut butter too...

    Pretty much what ^^^ said. Basically the same as normal oatmeal minus the cooking in the microwave/stove. Finding the right amount of water or milk can be tricky though. THe oats will soak up quite a bit overnight in the fridge, but if you add too much it can get way too watery.

    I prefer my oats warm though.

    I cook my oats in the microwave then add a few scoops of choco PB whey with extra water or milk stir and add more water or milk until desired texture.
