    Gaspari Phenorex

    Gaspari Phenorex:

    http://www.gasparinutrition.com/products/phenorex/

Gaspari brought out 2 new products about the same time: Spriodex and Phenorex. Sprirodex is the stronger '1 lasts all day' and Phenorex is built weaker for easier dosing per individual tolerances. Bonus: they can use a GREAT pic of Ava Cowan to market it to the ladies.

I took 3 caps in the AM and 2 after lunch.

Energy: Not really work-out energy, but REAL good 'I'm not sleepy at all' energy. I didn't notice 3 feeling stronger, just longer duration. In fact, on my first day not using it, I really noticed the lack of energy (I'm tired as heck without Phenorex). I found these to be perfect to take at work.

Hunger- Phenorex worked well as an appetite suppressant. More than a few times I would just forget to eat for 4 or 5 hours.

Mood- although not billed as a nootripoc (very good chance that I spelled that word wrong. ), I noticed feeling better on Phenorex. Like a lite dose of PEA. Little things just didn't bug me as much.

I didn't expect to lose any weight with this, I'm way too lazy with my diet. But I loved the energy, the appetite suppression, and the mild feel-good mood benefits.

    Nice honest review of Phenorex.

I haven't used a thermogenic yet but have been giving both Phenorex and Spirodex a hard look as I start getting things around to lean out even more here before summer time.

Thanks for being clear and concise on the effects of Phenorex. I might have to pick up a bottle.

    Repped.

You are an accidental motivator. I was impressed with the pics of you from the Arnold. No homo, of course! It was an effective reminder that the Olympia, and many pictures, are 6 months away. I have some fluff to lose if I want to look good next to the pros and the hottie booth girls.

Glad I could be of service. Even if you only lose a pound or two a week, you will be beastly come September. Do it! And get your girl on board too. You'll help motivate each other and enjoy the fruits of your labors together too!

That's the exact plan. She is tough to motivate; but if I start losing some pounds I think she will embrace the plan.

Been using this for over a week. I believe I agree with the OP for the most part. Energy isn't great, but I am definitely sweating more. Fat is coming off too, but its a bit early to see how much is from the Phenorex. I've never had a bad expereince with a Gaspari fatburner though.
