    Balls and Wings

    Hey everyone,

I'm new here. Fairly new to working out, been at it about 6 months.

I'm looking to develop some nice bowling ball like shoulders and wide lats. Any suggestions?

I've been working out for about 6 months now and seen some nice changes/gains almost everywhere, but my shoulders and lats seem to be falling behind. I use to workout when I was playing hockey but that was 4-5 years ago, so I have some experience from the past and learning a lot new stuff as well.

Any information and exercises would be appareciated.

    Cheers,
    A

FYI its called cannon ball shoulders or Goldberg shoulders not bowling ball shoulders. Do delts isolations (front, side, rear0 to get them bigger on top of your normal shoulder pressing exercieses.

For your lats its called "wings' or bruce lee lats/wings. do wider grip pull ups or pull downs.

Oh and it takes time...not going to see a big difference in 1-2 months. Guys with huge delts and lats have been training for years.

Mes couilles fuiraient, douces et frêles,
    Vers votre jardin si beau,
Si mes couilles avaient des ailes,
    Des ailes comme l'oiseau.

    Elles voleraient, étincelles,
    Vers votre foyer qui rit,
Si mes couilles avaient des ailes,
    Des ailes comme l'esprit.

Près de vous, pures et fidèles,
    Elles accouraient nuit et jour,
Si mes couilles avaient des ailes,
    Des ailes comme l'amour.

    Thanks mate, appreciate the help!!

I didn't expect results in 4-8 weeks at all. Just been going pretty good for about 6 months and I've seen some good results every where else just my shoulders and lats seem to be falling behind.

    None the less, thanks again!
