Dwayne Johnson (The Rock). I'm actually in a movie with him called the Game Plan, serious. The one where he plays for a Boston football team and he gets an unexpected daughter. It's a Disney feel-good movie.
There is a scene where his daughter gets food poisoning and he rushes out of the restaurant with her in his arms. I'm standing by the door as he barges out. Also when the camera pans out on the helicopter view and he is running across a bridge, I'm one of the pedestrians on the bridge but I'm dressed differently and wearing a hat. It wasn't him btw, it was his brother who does all of the Rock's stunts for him. Who needs a stunt double to pick up a small child and run a short distance? Strong wtf. Child was also stunt double, lol. Poor kid.
Was unemployed at the time, fresh out of college and saw an add in Craigslist for movie extras.Use the tools of the trade to help you. I use devices such as chalk for grip strength, gloves, wrist straps, lifting belts - if it helps you lift more, it's all good. - Ronnie Coleman, Hardcore, 2007 Triumph Books
Biggest question in bodybuilding: Whaddaya bench? As I've said before, it doesn't matter how much you bench; it matters how much you look like you bench... There's no round on stage that's the benchpress round. - Bob Chicherillo, World Class Physique, CMG

Have met a few colo sports people, Todd Helton, morales of the Rockies had been in my restaurant, so had Joe sakic, Randy couture.
I waited on a big fella named Brian shaw, who I think is us strongest man. Really nice guy, asked him how they eat. He says he just trys to get 50-60g protein every 2 hours, usually 8-10k cal a day. I was like fffffuuuuuuuu! 4-5k feels like such a chore.
