    Your grocery list.

Hey everyone. I've finally decided to "eat right", meaning no more junk food, no more vending machine snacks, no more sodas, no more candy (never really liked sweets anyway) and ultimately no more junk. Now with all that stuff out of the way, the question arises, what exactly is there that would make for healthy eating?

I have a poorly made shopping list that needs improvement. This is what I have so far. Please help me out and input your own shopping list and correct mines wherever you see fit. Oh, before I forget, My goal is slight bulk with mostly definition.

    Eggs
    Milk
    Whole Wheat Bread
    Brazil Nuts
    Fish
    Cereal
    Vegetables
    Fruits

. . .And that's pretty much it. As you can see, it's small and rather basic. Can you guys help me with some extras?
