My goals:
to loose bf% and gain muscle, weighing about 115 to 120 lbs on a 5'4" frame.
Currently, I weigh that & have a decent look to my arms & legs, but my belly area is still jiggly. I have abs, but not much definition. So I've read that I need to loose bf to do this. I had thought I would just re-comp, but from what I've read, this isn't the most effective way to achieve muscle mass & loose bf.
So if I'm at the end weight I want to be at, do I bulk first, or cut first? How do you know when to do what?
I'm in shape & lift 3 days a week, with running or cardio 2 days a week. I am eating my macros & correct protein/carbs/fats ratios. I am seeing muscle gains & fat loss while staying at the same weight(I've been at 1150-120 for almost a year now) but just can't break the abs out.
Cut or bulk? Or do something different?
Thanks!
