Hi bb.com. Ive been bulking lately ,lifting heavy compounds.
Ive gained a lot since my before picture, my lifts went up like crazy.
Been training seriously for 3-4 months now, before i didnt really have a strict diet, just lurked around the gym and worked out.Now im bulking on 4000 kcals till 90 kg (200lbs)
I think my arms are lacking, ive been always lifting powerlifting style with some accesory that might be the problem.
Rate my progress,critique, give me advice, thx

Wow nice back man, I think for a 16 year old you don't have anything to worry about. Just keep on working out and you will be fine.
