Hi bb.com. Ive been bulking lately ,lifting heavy compounds.
Ive gained a lot since my before picture, my lifts went up like crazy.
Been training seriously for 3-4 months now, before i didnt really have a strict diet, just lurked around the gym and worked out.Now im bulking on 4000 kcals till 90 kg (200lbs)
I think my arms are lacking, ive been always lifting powerlifting style with some accesory that might be the problem.
Rate my progress,critique, give me advice, thx

Great progress! very impressive.
You can walk outisde and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The iron will always kick you the real deal. The iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.
