Alright so.. My friend is just starting out hardly any muscle and his bench is around 100 LBS- (he weighs 155LBS: 16% BF) I have of course been using vinces programs for around 2-3 years now and well I love them but I was just concerned that it may be to much for him since he is very very active with sports 3-5 days a week, anyway here is the routine. Although Im not sure if he would rest after each exercise or after the 3 set of exercises.
Also, just having him do these exercises im not sure how he would gain very much lat or bicep strength.
Monday
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench press / Press (Alternating)
Chin-ups: 3 sets to failure or add weight if completing more than 15 reps
Wednesday
3x5 Squat
3x5 Press / Bench Press (Alternating)
2x5 Deadlift
Friday
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press / Press (Alternating)
Pull-ups: 3 sets to failure or add weight if completing more than 15 reps
