Hi, ive been working out for about a year now i am 14, 5'11 and weigh 175lbs so i just wanted to find out if i am strong for my age,these are all 1 rep maxs.
Dumbell Bench: 74lbs
Leg Press: 331lbs
Barbell Curls: 88lbs
Bent Rows: 121lbs
