Hi all,
I just bought a Micronized Creatine Powder yet don't really now what is the ideal doze or better be said the suggested use for it.
The directions offer two method to start up with.. First a loading method which allow u to take 5 g four times aday for 4-5 days
Maintenance method: Take 1 rounded teaspoon of Micronized Creatine Powder with a meal or immediately after training with your post workout protein shake
My physician says u better start with 5 gram prior work out only for 4-5 days and don't follow the instruction of Micronized Creatine Powder cuz they care only for commercial purpose
I'm really confused which party should I follow? and what is the best way to start up with this product?
