Lately, I've been training hard to get back into tennis. I schedule 2 workouts, six days per week, but generally I only do two/day workouts 2 or 3 days a week. In those rare weeks where I do two/days all week, I lift everyday, working on strength training for my whole body, otherwise, I hit each muscle group once a week. For cardio once a week I run campus loop (5.5 miles around a hilly campus), once a week I do Bikram's yoga, I have an agility ladder that I try to get to once a week, I try to do sprints up a huge hill, and jump rope on days where I don't work out.
Does anybody have any suggestions as to things that I should add to/replace from my routine?
