Ever tried using a wrist roller? You might like it. I've seen some size gain after I started doing 3 sets to failure.

Not for many, many years.
Between all the arm and back work I do, I've never really needed to put too much emphasis on extra forearm work. Actually the main reason I started doing reverse curls was to loosen up my forearms - they were getting a bit stiff (no edit). Figured I might as well throw in some btb wrist curls too while I was at it.Who was this love of yours?

Had Trutein chocolate covered strawberry whey with milk for breakfast this morning.
Initially I give it chalky/10, but after drinking it longer I realized it had honest to god chocolate bits in it, so I think the chalkiness could possibly have been chocolate powder that didn't mix with the milk? Anyone else had this whey?
Cookies 'n' Cream Myofusion only gets 7.5/10 in milk, maybe an 8. Maybe it's better in water.Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=153427731&page=1

Blizz, those lifts look like so much ****ing fun. I'm going to push to have a rack moved to a platform so I can do some of those Olympic lifts.

Nah, I'm pretty sure I did terrible.
Questions 1 and 2 weren't bad, I guess. Computations in 2 took for ****ing ever.
But oh, question 3 & 4... why u do dis??
What answers did you get for 3 and 4? I wasn't even able to finish them. And I forgot the volume of a cylinder. Kill me noweLast edited by Airror; 04-07-2011 at 02:23 PM.

Jelly as phuck.
Maybe I try zerchers tomorrow.
BTW LU, I saw you recommended a wrist roller. I would only do that if it was mounted to a rack, they're pretty much pointless otherwise because you can't use enough weight. But if they're mounted, they kick ass, I would JIMP if I had one setup at my place.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240
