To be honest , even though in 3rd pic u look worse than the second , it's a weird pose also ( shoulders drawn back ) which makes you look worse than you actually are i think.

Was training for a natty BB comp, strength was peaking, picked up the 60lbs dumbell (for the first time) to do some DB curls, felt a funny feeling in my wrist, didn't hurt, just felt funny so I kept training, the next day I couldn't put any pressure on my wrist.Originally Posted by LIL_WHEYne
