Sup brahs, starting to gym seriously in a few days (before this, it was a lot of on and off gym sessions with no strict routine or diet)
I'm 6.0' and 165 pounds and skinny fat as phuck.
I have a fat stomach and a fat face, small chest, skinny arms and average sized legs.... And I absolutely hate it.
I want to cut down and build muscle but I'm worried if I cut down now I'm just going to get even smaller than I am now,
but I'm worried if I bulk, I'm just going to get fat as fukk which I don't want.
help pls, am i gonna make it brahs?

How bout you stop bitching and just get to the gym already.
Based on the fact that you said "am i gonna make it brahs?" shows your mental weakness and reliance on other people to let you know and comfort you like the little pussy you are.
Heres the plan lolnotsureifsrs
Get to the gym
Squat
Deadlift
Bench
Eat
Bye now

I've been there myself, i was skinnyfat as phuck, couldn't bench more than 30kg while weighing 65kg..
Now i bench 60kg for reps & deadlift 120kg, squat 85kg (Not saying these are impressive, but its a huge improvement).
I've been bulking for 7 months & actually gotten leaner, so go on a slow bulk, 200-400 calorie surplus & lift heavy.

lmfao, no wonder you look like ****
you're telling OP not to worrying about nutrition when it is the most important factor when trying to build muscle.
OP calculate your macros (protein, carbs, fats) and start off eating at maintenance calories and smash the gym hard, once you've lose some fat and gained some muscle.
Start a clean bulk by upping your calories slightly, probably best to read the stickies for the best information. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will.

You're a ****ing idiot. Never said not to worry about nutrition. Bulking and Cutting is irrelevant for new lifters.
It seems people always focus on the Bull**** like, supplements, macros, training programs, etc.
What is going to take you far is how hard you work in the gym. 1000 people could use the same supplements, training program, macros, etc, but will they all see results? No because most people aren't willing to work hard
My point is before you become a ****ing scientist, get in the gym and train, don't worry about the little stuff
And Dozzyy you look small bro

Anyone who says you don't need to worry about nutrition (even when you first start) is an idiot. Sure, eat crap food, get your calories there, but if you want to worry about losing fat and gaining muscle, healthy food is a must. Getting carbs from good sources such as brown rice and whole wheat bread is unimaginably better then from a McDonald's burger. And to a certain extent, even if you have a normall-ass diet, you'll still make gains/lose fat if you're working out right. But a good diet helps so much more then you probably know.
Eat lots of healthy food, lift heavy 5-6x a week and you'll be good
