    Don't you understand that the food that grows on this planet is perfectly balanced? It's not meant to be torn down on a molecular level then consume just specific amounts of what ever. It's not natural to consume the amount of one thing like people do with supplements, are bodies are not meant to take in such large doses of one specific thing. Yeah sure creatine is ''natural'', but think about it, how much freaking steak would you have to eat to get the amount of creatine you get from taking a scoop of it? It's extremely unhealthy, period. You're body only needs a certain amount of every mineral and vitamins or what ever out there, if you take such huge doses of it every day, it won't know what to do with it and will cause damage to your system.
