    Please Help Critique My Diet

Sorry In advance that I do not have any pictures to post but I am about 165 lbs and ~9% bodyfat, I weigh myself every morning on a Tanita scale however accurate that may be. I would like to be competition ready within 2 months, I currently plan to compete April 9th at the OCB Eastern Regionals but would postpone if I'm not where I want to be.
But for my diet it is the following:
    Breakfast
    6 egg whites
2 slices kraft fat free cheese
    1 grapefruit
    1 "hearty" quaker oatmeal packet
    2 tbls peanut butter

    Lunch
    1 chicken breast
    2 cups broccoli

    Meal 3
    bocca burger
    1 tbls peanut butter

    postworkout
    1 scoop Big Blend

    Dinner
    1 turkey burger
    1 cup of mix veggies
    1 grapefruit

    Bedtime
    Casein Shake
    1 teaspoon peanut butter

    Macro breakdown is

    216.5 143.1 31 39.5 1669.9 protein, carbs, fiber, fats, calories

I also have a refeed I guess though it isn't as high carb as some peoples its macro breakdown is
    196.5 232 49 43 1905

So how is this for a precontest diet plan? I will try to get pictures if I can.

Looks pretty good. The macro breakdown is pretty solid. How often are you doing the refeed? The big question you have to ask yourself is, Are you losing at least 1-2 lb. per week? If yes then keep things where they are at. I can't say if you will be ready in time without photos though.

I'm doing the refeed twice a week on Monday and Friday. I wouldn't say I'm losing 1-2 lbs a week actually going by what I've recorded on my bodyspace I started in Feb 9th my weight hasn't changed at all though my bodyfat has dropped about 2-3%. I believe my workout routine is solid, I do lifting 5 days a week. My cardio is sporadic in that I change randomly between HIIT (generally 3 times a week) and moderate intensity cardio on a treadmill or an elliptical.

Still trying to get my hands on a camera....
