The people in the photo are from Wales. Welsh people are descended from Celtic people, more closely related to the Irish and Scottish than the English (English people are mainly Anglo-Saxon = Germanic).

It's a disaster. Quick fix would be to offer 1k to all teenage girls/boys to get sterilised, chances are the ones stupid enough to have a kid at this age will take that offer.
