Alright... I started my first journal here about 6 years ago. (wow, I didn't realize it has been that long!)

I got lost along the way, and it's been a few years since I've journaled. Since I know I was most successful when I journaled, I think it's time for me to return to the boards and get serious.

I have three years til my 40th birthday, and I've wasted 37 years struggling to make peace with my body.

I came so close before... This time I will do it!

My old journal is on here somewhere. I will post the link and update all of my new goals shortly!

Today was good.. not so great with the food, but I had a stellar workout. My arms and chest are so fatigued I can barely lift my arms to type... But here goes..

Started out with some cardio - just did a quick 30 minutes at 3.5% incline.

Chest:

Bench press:
bar only: 3x15
bar + 10lb: 3x15
bar + 20: 3 x 10
bar + 50: 3 reps
bar + 90: 1 rep (can't believe I squeezed that one out!)

Incline bench press:
bar only: 3x15
bar +10: 3 x 12
bar + 20: 3 x 10
bar + 24: 1 rep

Flys:
55lb: 2 x 15, 1x10

Pulley lifts (not sure what they are called!)
10lb: 3 x 12

Headed to stretch...
