Serious Mass ON v.s Whey Protein ON

What's the difference between these two? The price for Serious mass is so much lower and it has more protein/creatine/glutamine. I know it's a weight gainer but why is it so much cheaper? Also, how much creatine does it have per serving and has anyone taken it that recommends it? Sorry if it's a dumb question.

Would you recommend getting it, or the whey protein and mixing it with oats/pntbtr/etc?

    One is a weight gainer
    One is a whey protein

Gainers are usually more money than regular whey protein but try cutting the doses in half and using 16 ounces of milk. Still ~800 calories.
