    Need help with making work out program

    Hey everyone, this is my first post on this website so yes im a newbie lol. I was trying to see if anyone would be interest in making a work out program for me. I usually weight around 143 and my height is 5'7 but i have been eating alot and working out 5 days a week for a month and now i weigh 150 but i have a feeling its going to be hard for me to get over 150 since i havent gained a pound in a week and a half even though im eating even more.
    My goal is to weigh 180 but i dont think i will get there with the work out routine im doing now because i may be doing too may sets for each muscle group. this is what my work out looks like now

    Mon: Legs
    Tues: Biceps and Back
    Wed: Triceps and Chest
    Thur: Biceps and Back
    Fri: Triceps and Chest
    Weekend Off

    I usually do 3 sets of 5-10 reps for each exercise and i try to do alot of weight but i dont know if i am doing too many exercises for each muscle group.
    Anyway if someone is bored and wants to make me a work out program to gain muscle mass I would really appreciate it. Or If someone could send me a link of something that could help me out that would be cool too.
