I have a question regarding secondary muscle groups and primary muscle groups on the same day. For example, is it better to do triceps after doing chest on one day even though your triceps will already be shocked from doing chest, but get a greater pump? or is it better to do biceps after chest so your biceps will be fresh and have alot more energy to lift greater weight, but not have any pump to start. Thoughts?

Chest and Tris? or Chest and Bis?

depends if you want to work the muscle twice a week or not, assuming you have a 3-day split. Working Chest and Bis means that your Bis are going to get another work out while assisting you during your back work out, depending on routine of course. Same goes for Tris, assuming you would be combo'ing them with your back routine. You will just have to adjust volume accordingly based on your goals and ability to recover.

yeah either one works, depends on what you feel is best. If you do bis after chest than maybe do triceps with shoulders as opposed to back. Tris do get some work from shoulder pressing but wont be as fatigued as after chest. Also, shoulders & tris are 2 relatively small muscle groups so you can hit them both hard and leave back on its own day as it requires more energy than the smaller muscles.
