I finished a cut a couple weeks ago, and was 10% bf measured by home scale. I now am eating 3000 cals a day, and consistently gaining 2lbs a week. Is this too much? Im noticing a slight increase in bf but still toned. This is how the past weeks have played out. Only weighing on fridays.
Week 1. 144.4 @ 11.4%
Week 2. 146.4 @ 11.6%
Week 3. 148.6 @ 11.8%
Week 4. Not happend yet.
The scale is a scale from walmart so i wouldnt take the bodyfat estimates to heart.
Should i keep gaining until i see to much rise in bf? or what do you recccomend?

Cut down to a pound max. Hold a 2 lb steak in your hand and try to imagine this much muscle gain in one week. Not gonna happen. With 1 lb a week about half will be fat, there is really no way around it People think they're putting on only muscle because the fat gets added on all over so it's not that noticeable.
