    any programs (srs)

    Bros how long do you guys usually stick to a program? (5x5 etc)
    For the month of march/april I want to do a program that focuses mainly on hypertrophy or 3x8/4x10...

    And may and june id probaly follow macdows 5x5

    Any advice
