arnt the floors in large buildings suposed to be like at least 3/4 in acx plywood ? i am no expert but i did constuction for about 3 years and every major office builing / mall exe was always 3/4 or solid 1in acx plywood. with versalam or steel beam joist 16 - 18 in apart ?
could park a forktruck on 3/4 acx/cdx

and yea, I hope its not Planet Fitness
But srs, I think you are not guilty for this. They just have a creepy floor. That building was not design to be a gym. Ask a lawyer if they tell you to pay.Join me on tsu - the only social network that pays you: www.tsu.co/flyordie

Guessing they renovated that building then the gym moved in. owner should have thought of that first ****in thing. most new buildings are slab floors supported by metal Q-deck, joist and or "I" Beams capable of holding allot more than 300+ pounds of weight. no way i would pay to fix that. I'm surprised this is the first time that has happened. Gym owner would be dumb as **** to keep operating in that building. Imagin the ****in law suit owner would be in if that fell threw to the Subway bellow !
